This Annual Assessment has Given us Confidence and Added Momentum

At the end of June, China Petroleum Energy No. 1 Network released the "Announcement on the Assessment and Evaluation Results of the Group's First-Class Material Suppliers in 2024". In the annual assessment and evaluation of first-class materials traded in 2023, 11 of Dalipal's first-class access products were assessed, of which seamless casing, ordinary oil pipes and oil pipe couplings were evaluated as Class A; in particular, seamless casing products have been evaluated as Class A for three consecutive years, and the evaluation of ordinary oil pipes has risen from Class C in last year to Class A, with obvious progress.

The seamless casing products rated Class A for three years have maintained the position in the industry. After years of hard work, the small-diameter products have been recognized by the largest domestic customer, which will further enhance the market foundation for the Company's new 89-line project. It can be seen that this annual assessment has enhanced the confidence and added momentum for all Dalipal people.
