Dalipal’s API comprehensive review of renewal, relocation, item expansion, and certification augmentation were recommended for a pass

From September 16th to 19th, the company conducted a four-day API comprehensive review of renewal, relocation, item expansion, and certification augment. After many aspects of preparation, planning and active cooperation of various departments in the early stage, the company's system operation and product standard implementation were unanimously recognized by the API assessors, and obtained the recommendation for a pass.

The comprehensive review included not only the three-year renewal, the relocation of old factory, but also the item expansion of new production line: 1# oil pipe line, 1# heat treatment production and the certificate augment of API 5L. The successful passing of this review means that Dalipal's API certificate now covers all steel grades (the highest product grade to PSL3) of API 5CT specification, API 5L specification ordinary pipeline (the highest steel grade to X80Q), acid-resistant and marine service pipeline (the highest steel grade to X70QS and X70QO), which has made the company successfully increased its manufacturing capacity of steel pipe continuous rolling and heat treatment and won the certificate guarantee for the product’s production capacity and quality, as well as provided a strong proof for the development for the sales market.
