Strengthening Integrity Education, Building Up a Solid Defense Line of Thought

On October 18th 2019, Dalipal launched the first lecture of a series of integrity education for staff. Meng Fanyong, the company’s general Party branch secretary and board chairman, Bai Gongli, the general manager, and other 53 key employees of the company attended the lecture.

Dalipal’s legal department manager combined criminal cases to provide a vivid and profound explanation of the bribery of non-official servants. The deafening remorse and the inspiring lessons made the participants deeply shocked and alert. Meng Fanyong, the company’s general Party branch secretary and board chairman, asked everyone to take the case as guidance, be responsible for themselves, their family and the company, build up a solid self-disciplinary, moral and integrity defense line consciously, and not commit crime. Mr. Meng also reminded every participants to pay attention to corruption in their work environment, practically strengthen the sense of integrity, revere law, discipline, and rules, prevent the erroneous ideas at the outset, and jointly create a clean and honest company atmosphere.

After the lecture, all the participants signed the "Personal Integrity and Self-discipline Commitment". Everyone unanimously felt a deep baptism of the mind, and expressed adherence to self-police, self-examination, self-respect and self-discipline in their work, to the laws, regulations and the company's various work requirements, and would enhance their ability to resist corruption. They were also commited to work, to be honest, self-discipline and upright, and to live up to the expectations of their own family and the company.
