发布时间 2019-11-01

On 28 October 2019, the opening ceremony of practical training for Dalipal's middle and senior management was held. This training was organized for five major projects and would last for four months.

Meng Fanyong, the party branch secretary and chairman of the company, delivered an opening speech at the opening ceremony. He explained the purpose and intention of this training, then emphasized the important qualities  required by leaders, such as achievement orientation, influence, strategic thinking and practical culture, and further detailed "five behaviours and four creations" that the company's middle and senior managers should always follow. While presenting expectations to managers, Mr. Meng also seriously required everyone to be diligent in learning, sensitive to thinking, listen carefully, understand with heart, learn to think, learn to understand, and focus on problem-solving, so as to achieve the most effective combination of learning, thinking and doing, and achieve the expected results of the training.

The training was carried out under a mentorship program with a “target responsibility statement”. After some respectful rituals such as mentors giving an oath and students serving tea to mentors, phase one training officially began. During a three-day high intensive training, everyone focused on the selected topics, used the tools and methods taught in the curriculum, deeply analyzed the root causes of presented problems, and formulated targeted measures. While taking instruction and accepting suggestions from tutors and students from other groups, each one gradually achieved the class. After several rounds of competitions, team No.1 won the first place in this phase.

This training stimulated the thought of the company's middle and senior management. The implementation of the next five major projects would inevitably contribute to achieve the goal of “building the most competitive OCTG-specialized company”!
