Dalipal’s Phase One Practical Training Achieved Great Success

On 18 April 2020, the completion ceremony of Dalipal's phase one practical training was held, marking the successful end of the five-month training.

The ceremony reviewed the wonderful and unforgettable moments since the start of the training. The five groups reported on their respective topics around the company’s five key problems and showed what they have learned and felt in the training through various methods such as drawing, dramas and speeches. Through many rounds of project progress, all the five groups completed the tasks and received the certificate of completion successfully.

Meng Fanyong, the Party branch secretary and chairman of the company, attended and delivered a speech at the ceremony. He demanded all staff to apply their knowledge to practice, take this practical training as an opportunity, insist on learning without falling behind, perform their duties and responsibilities well, meet market requirements, keep up with the company's rapid development, and insist on strengthening goal-oriented method, formulate scientific, reasonable, and feasible implementation measures, solve problems precisely, and never stop until goals are achieved. At the end of the speech, Mr. Meng hoped that all staff could show their value on the arena built by the company and contribute themselves to the company's continuous development!
