Dalipal Organized Corporate Culture Training

"Converge cultural consensus and promote change in working style." On the afternoon of 24 April 2020, Dalipal organized a corporate culture training for middle and senior management. The training was run by the Vice-Chairman Mr. Zhang Hongyao, and Mr. Meng Fanyong, the party branch secretary and chairman of the company, delivered the report.

Combined with the company's development history, the chairman introduced the origin of the Dalipal’s culture, explained the distinctive cultural characteristics behind the slogan "love the Party and our country, follow the law and regulations, remember the entrepreneurship and innovation, keep up with the pace of age, cooperate the investors with our managers and endeavor to share the resources", and further demonstrated Dalipal's original intention and mission of "create value for our customers, create opportunities for our employees, create strength for the enterprise, and create harmony for the society", and also expanded on corporate philosophy, corporate ethics, other cultural concepts and spiritual culture with examples.

The chairman emphasized that the 22-year development history of Dalipal told us that corporate culture was the most basic guarantee for a company's sustainable and healthy development, the most basic requirement for building a brand, the most basic rule for enterprise's cohesion, formation of consensus, and potential stimulation, and the motivation source for entrepreneurship and innovation. Therefore, in order to achieve the development goal of "build first-class enterprise, develop hundreds of years", Dalipal must regard building a core management team and key staff team that highly recognize and consciously practice our corporate culture as an important strategic task for the company's survival and development and as the most basic standard to measure the qualified employees of Dalipal.

At present, the company is facing a period of transformation and upgrade. It has essential practical and long-term significance for the company to meet challenges of markets and achieve strategic goals that fully implementing and promoting the integration of culture and management, building an employee team with similar values and consistent sense of mission.
