Kick-off of the Standard Implementation Project Integrated development of informatization and industrialization

On 14 September 2020, Dalipal held a kick-off meeting for the integrated development of informatization and industrialization project. Relevant principals and staff of the company attended the meeting.

The integrated development of informatization and industrializationis a strategic deployment for the in-depth implementation of "Made in China 2025" and "Guiding Opinions of the State Council on Deepening the Integrated Development of Manufacturing and the Internet". It is also a comprehensive integration of corporate vision, strategic goals, operating models, management systems, corporate culture, etc. In recent years, our company has seized the favorable opportunities of transformation and upgrading, mainly on intelligent manufacturing, and vigorously promoted the mutual penetration and integrated development of informatization and industrialization. At present, more than 95% of the company’s equipment has achieved automated production. Each production line deploys more than 12 intelligent manufacturing software. Informatization management systems such as ERP, MES, and LIMS cover the entire process of production, cost, and experimentation. Information platforms for logistics, product sales and material procurement have been launched successively, providing strong support for the company's production, management and technological innovation. The advancement of integrated development of informatization and industrialization has enabled the company to achieve tangible results in improving management efficiency and accelerating transformation and upgrading.

The meeting required all departments to seriously study the related theoretical knowledge of the Integration of IT integrated development of informatization and industrialization, incorporate the implementation of the standard into the daily work, and put every effort to ensure that all tasks are carried out on time, orderly, meticulously and efficiently, and pass the audit of the implementation of the integrated development of informatization and industrialization as soon as possible.
