Leaders of Hebei Institute of Mechanical and Electrical Technology Visited Dalipal for a Formal Discussion

In the afternoon of 13 May 2021, Meng Shengjun, Secretary of the Party Committee and Wang Xiaofeng, Dean of Hebei Institute of Mechanical and Electrical Technology (“Institute”) visited Dalipal (“Company”). Meng Fanyong, Company’s party branch secretary and chairman , Bai Gongli, General manager and Meng Yuxiang, deputy general manager accompanied the visit and participated in the formal discussion.

Management of the Company accompanied the leaders of the Institute to visit the Company's intelligent OCTG production line, R&D center, enterprise culture exhibition hall and petroleum culture square. During the visit, Meng Yuxiang, Deputy General Manager introduced in detail the the Company's recruitment process and training of graduates, as well as the various living, working environment and welfare benefits provided to employees. At the discussion, Meng Fanyong, Chairman introduced the company’s development history, corporate culture and future development plans in detail, and suggested that the second and third phases of the company’s expansion projects, launched and under preparation respectively, require a high level of intelligence and therefore more professional talents are required to inject new energy for the Company’s development.

Meng Shengjun, secretary of the Party Committee of the Institute, highly complimented Dalipal’s exhibition hall and intelligent level, especially after learning that the graduates of the Institute who have joined the company for less than three years have become backbone staff and have already bought houses and cars locally. Mr. Meng Shengjun suggested that the Institute was very willing to further in-depth cooperate and communicate with Dalipal to provide their students with a broader space for development. Through this formal discussion, both parties have built a foundation for further in-depth corporation in professional construction, internship training, and employment.
