Dalipal and SPARK Signed a Letter of Intent for the Project

On 5 November 2024, at the Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition and Conference, Dalipal Holdings Limited and King Salman Energy Park (SPARK) in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, signed a letter of intent. The two parties will sign a memorandum of understanding (MOU) regarding Dalipal's establishment of a production facility at SPARK.

In the future, Dalipal Holdings' wholly-owned subsidiary, "Dallipal International" established in Saudi Arabia, will be the sole organizer of the project. In accordance with intelligent manufacturing, digital management, green development and ESG requirements, it will embark on a new journey to build a world-class R&D center and intelligent manufacturing base. At present, Dalipal Holdings has hired a well-known Saudi financial consultant to provide relevant services for the financing of this project, which marks another key step forward in Dalipal's Middle East development strategy!
