Chairman Meng Fanyong and his delegation attended the Saudi Capital Market Summit

On February 18, 2025, the Group Chairman Mr. Meng Fanyong and Investment Director Mr. Wang Xianjun attended the Saudi Capital Market Summit hosted by the Saudi Exchange TADAWUL in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia, to further promote the Group's Middle East development strategy and deepen its ties with local governments, investors and enterprises. They also talked with Mr. Khaled Al Faleh, Minister of Saudi National Investment Ministry, Mr. Eng. Khalid Abdullah Al-Hussan, CEO of Saudi Exchange, Ms. Bonnie Y CHAN, CEO of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and several professional consulting agencies in Saudi Arabia to discuss the feasibility and preliminary arrangements of the Company's secondary listing in the Saudi capital market.

At the meeting, Chairman Meng signed a memorandum of understanding on behalf of Dalipal and BMG Group, intending to appoint BMG as the Group's Saudi financial advisor to make a detailed assessment of the Group's secondary listing in the Saudi capital market. A local legal advisory agreement has been signed with KLA, confirming that KLA is the Company's Saudi lawyer to provide legal advice and support on Saudi laws and listing rules.
