Dalipal Pipe Company Awarded 2025 Hebei Provincial "Advanced-Level Intelligent Factory"

Recently, following review and public announcement by the Hebei Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, the "Intelligent Factory for OCTG Manufacturing" project of Dalipal Pipe Company was successfully recognized as a 2025 "Advanced-Level Intelligent Factory." This marks a provincial-level authoritative acknowledgment of the Company's intelligent manufacturing capabilities.

As a core practice project of Dalipal's intelligent manufacturing initiative, it leverages advanced technologies such as 5G and AI to build a full-process intelligent system covering R&D, production, supply, and sales. By integrating multiple information systems including MES, WMS, SCADA, and an integrated management and control platform, the Company has achieved digital design and intelligent control for OCTG. AI technology is deeply applied in key areas such as process optimization, quality traceability, and intelligent warehousing, driving lean operational upgrades.
