Carrying Forward the Red Legacy, Strengthening the Original Aspiration for Political Achievement

In the scorching July, to deepen the ongoing education of Party members and cultivate a pragmatic and responsible work style, Dalipal’s Party General Branch organized all Party members in batches to embark on a special red education training program in Zibo, Shandong. Centered on thematic Party lectures and complemented by on-site learning at the Jiao Yulu Memorial Hall and the Qi Cultural Integrity Education Base, the training established an integrated learning system of “theoretical guidance, on-site soul-building, and knowledge-action reflection.” This enabled all Party members to profoundly grasp the contemporary connotations of a correct view of political achievement and its practical value in corporate development, while reviewing history, reaffirming their original aspirations, and benchmarking against advanced models.

The lecture session specially invited a professor from the Zibo Municipal Party School to deliver a dedicated talk titled “How to Establish and Practice a Correct View of Political Achievement.” Combining historical facts of the Party with typical corporate development cases, the course elaborated on the profound essence of a correct view of political achievement from three dimensions: the intrinsic quality of Party spirit, the foundation of serving the people, and pragmatic commitment. It guided Party cadres and members to dialectically balance the relationship between visible and latent achievements, to focus on foundational work and long-term development during the Company’s transformational stage, and to drive quality and efficiency improvements through practical and down-to-earth work styles.

During the training, all Party members visited the Jiao Yulu Memorial Hall and the Qi Cultural Integrity Education Base for immersive study. They laid a floral wreath before the statue of Jiao Yulu, reaffirmed their Party oath, and internalized the spirit of Jiao Yulu while fortifying their ideological defenses against corruption. This approach achieved a deep resonance between theoretical learning and red education.

This training represents an important practice for Dalipal to deepen the ideological development of Party members and strengthen work-style construction, as well as a powerful measure to promote the deep integration of Party building with production and operations.
