Dalipal and Yanshan University Deepen Industry-Education Integration Cooperation

On 30 October, a delegation from the Graduate Party Branch of "Materials in Extreme Environments" under the State Key Laboratory of Metastable Materials Science and Technology, School of Materials Science and Engineering, Yanshan University, visited Dalipal. The delegation was led by Wang Yichen, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the School. Professor and Doctoral Supervisor Fu Ruidong from the Department of Metallic Materials Engineering, Fan Xuemei, Deputy Secretary of the Graduate Party Branch of "Materials in Extreme Environments," and graduate student representatives participated in the event.

During the event, the two sides held in-depth discussions on deepening joint Party branch building, promoting technical collaboration, and advancing high-quality employment and talent attraction. They also unveiled the Party Building Co-construction Base and the Science and Technology Innovation Education Base. In addition, Feng Ying, a senior engineer at Dalipal and an alumnus of Yanshan University, was appointed by her alma mater as a corporate mentor under the "1+N Mentor System" of the School of Materials Science and Engineering, Yanshan University. This marks the expansion of cooperation between the two sides from a single focus on employment matching to a multi-dimensional linkage model featuring "collaborative technological breakthroughs + attraction and cultivation of high-level talent + internship and practical training," driving the transformation of talent-related work from "recruiting workers to fill vacancies" to "attracting talents for innovation and co-building science and innovation."

In the future, Dalipal will continue to expand its university-industry-research collaboration network, promote effective linkages among the education chain, talent chain, and industrial chain, attract and cultivate innovative talent suited to high-end, intelligent, and green development, and work jointly to overcome bottleneck technologies in the industry, achieving two-way empowerment and mutual benefit between the university and the company.
