On 4 May, Dalipal organized an outward training activity focusing on base-level team leaders and business backbones. More than 40 employees from various units participated in this activity.
The event site was full of fun and excitement. Everyone was randomly divided into 4 groups. From group names and slogans to formation design and "combat" strategy planning, every link embodied the enthusiasm and wisdom of the team. Under the leadership of different group leaders, the vitality and demeanor of these team are fully demonstrated. The event set up a number of challenging game projects such as thunder array, invincible dice, and team engineers. Everyone concentrated their efforts, cooperated highly, and conquered the tasks one by one. The team members fully realized the importance of team trust and cooperation in sharing success and joy, which showed the synergistic organizational concept and self-improvement entrepreneurial spirit of Dalipal people.
This outward traing not only allowed everyone to relax and exercise their bodies, but also promoted communication and coordination, and improved the cohesion and centripetal force of the team. This is one of the specific measures promoted by the company's annual talent management project. The company will continue to expand different forms of talent training methods, solidly promote the training of base-level management team, build a growth platform for employees、 and lay a solid foundation for the company's high-quality development.
